Confidence, Apps and Mental Health at Work

My guest this week is Kim Palmer, founder of Clementine app, which uses hypnotherapy to improve women’s mental health.

In this episode, Kim tells us about the time she had a panic attack during a presentation at work whilst she was pregnant, which led to her discovering hypnotherapy and it’s mental health benefits. This planted the seed for Clementine app, which aims to support women in key moments by offering sessions on confidence, de-stress, sleep and body image.

We discuss the challenges of bootstrapping a tech business whilst also  being the breadwinner, how women can be apologetic about their ambition and that we all need to give ourselves a break from perfectionism.

This conversation was recorded on 9th April 2020. I hope you enjoy this episode.
